Our externs are Black and Brown current or future hospitality professionals. Our program is heavily focused on foundational knowledge, hands on training, and industry access with opportunities for developing your career pathways towards spirits marketing, entrepreneurship, trade advocacy and leadership within the industry.

Your externship is guided by industry mentors who will provide hands-on training and instruction. We collaborate with our externs to continue trendsetting in cocktail creation, pop-up activations, and events. We strengthen our community with a holistic approach and a system of support that allows our interns to thrive.
